Coaching Philosophy

 

Running has had an incredibly positive influence on my life. My goal as a coach is to help my clients maximize the joy of running in their lives- whether it is using running as part of their plan to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle, or to build confidence and empowerment working towards achieving specific race goals.

 

Coaching Services

-Personalized plans designed for specific race/fitness goals- includes an initial consultation to customize a plan based on your goals, schedule/lifestyle, and current fitness.

*Running for fitness

*5k/10k

*Half/Full Marathon

-Virtual Monthly coaching- includes personalized training plans, weekly check-ins and adjustments as needed.

-Individual Coaching and running sessions

-Race pacing
